LeBron Raymone James Sr. Born 30 December 1984 is an pro American basketball player. King James is widely regarded as one of basketball's greatest players and is frequently called Michael Jordan when discussing the most famous basketball player. James played basketball for St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron Ohio, where he grew up. Media across the country portrayed him as a potential NBA star. He was a top pick for the Cleveland Cavaliers selected him with the number one pick of the NBA draft in 2003. He was named the 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year, the player quickly became one of the best league players by winning his NBA MVP Award in 2009 and 2010.
